Our huacatay (pronounced walk•uh•tai) green hot suace is made with huacatay leaf, an herb originating from Peru. Huacatay has a unique floral, minty taste that pairs great with the flavor and heat from the Thai chilis. We fermented the chilis and huacatay together to produce a delicious, complex, floral flavor that we can’t get enough of.

Ingredients: Tomatillo, Thai giant chilis, huacatay leaf, apple cider vinegar, salt. Everything except the salt comes from our educational farm, non-certified organic.
